Practices & Ritual to Support when We Feel Helpless

I’ve included below multiple ways that you can actively engage in the unseen ritually to support those who are suffering around the globe.

Blood Moon Magic

Back in October, I received direct guidance to offer my monthly moon to the earth to balance bloodshed in violence. To offer in prayerful honoring in support of suffering. I was told to share this with as many women and womb-carriers as I can, and I have mostly been sharing it in private sessions and groups, so I wanted to leave you all with this. If you do not bleed or are no longer bleeding, the direct guidance said to make blood. If you are male and have never had a womb, you can do this as well, the vision showed me. Mix water and beet root powder to create this libation, and offer your prayers into the liquid, and pour it to the earth in a sacred and honoring way to balance out the violent bloodshed. 

Prayers

It is an incredibly powerful intentional act to light a candle in a prayer to bring light to the dark spaces, to anchor peace beyond human understanding, and to hold that as a frequency throughout your practice and throughout your days and nights.

Work with a Physical Representation of a Place on the Globe

It’s potent to have a map or a fabric layout of the world, and using the tools that you are the most comfortable with (energy channeling, crystals, Reiki, etc) to have focused time of working directly and specifically with these spaces and places or the Earth as a whole. You can also use images or items of a particular geographic location. 

Advanced Practice

With support of your allies and guides, wrap yourself in a luminous container of energetic support and boundaries. Feel your connection to the earth. Dedicating offerings that you are holding, guiding, leading, practicing for yourself and others, dedicating the medicine of those times to specific areas are also deeply medicinal and another way of sending amplified energies to a location, person or situation.
